Our Group has a long tradition of environment protection. Both the main administration and the subsidiaries are located in inner city areas and also in attractively situated locations on the edge of well-established small towns.
The buildings and facilities more than fulfil the statutory values for environmental protection, noise attenuation and water protection. The prevention of air pollution and energy savings are given top priority as objectives for continuous improvement.
The residual metals resulting from our production processes undergo pure-grade collection, mostly being recycled. Metals which are no longer suitable for use as raw material are remelted in our suppliers' foundries to produce top quality resources. We are proud to achieve a recycling rate of 99% for our raw materials.
